1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Combat Coders website, services, applications, or any other content provided by Combat Coders (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Description

Combat Coders provides web development, mobile application development, security auditing, and related technology services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Combat Coders or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment of contracted services, clients will receive rights to the deliverables as specified in their individual service agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a client agreement, Combat Coders retains the right to use and display all work in its portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are specified in the individual service agreements with each client. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to late fees as permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Combat Coders and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Combat Coders. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Services. Combat Coders reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

Combat Coders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate courts of South Dakota.
